La Ribera Gourmet and Morcillas la Ribera presented their new products at the “Salón Gourmet 2015” hand-in-hand with the quality mark “Tierra de Sabor”.

Our products demonstrated their versatility thanks to Chef Peña, who cooked “Moricilla de Burgos truffles with fungi cream” and “Chistorra with cheese coulis” for the attendees.
